Non-contact Boxing inspired fitness means that you will not be hitting anyone. This class is about having fun and getting exercise through drills used in boxing training. The exercises are specifically designed to target the symptoms and weaknesses of Parkinsons to help make you stronger and healthier through the fight of your life.
